The aim of our training is to build practical foundation skills in mindfulness and stress management through engaging learning experiences. Designed to challenge and equip employees with skills and tools to cope with today’s ever changing work environment. Our Mindfulness training programs can be half an hour to several weeks in duration and are fully customisable around your needs.
Mindfulness Bootcamp training offers a tailored program and service to assist teams and leaders to work more effectively in the corporate and community sector. Our Mindfulness at Work training introduces the principles and practice of mindfulness as an integral part of health and wellbeing.
